A common issue in every shot is the impact mechanics itself, which functions as a cause-effect chain: there are previous factors that determine the impact conditions and, in turn, the impact characteristics determine the flight of the ball.
In all sessions, SmartSwing makes a continuous emphasis on these concepts:
Know the previous factors to the impact and their consequences on the impact itself: orientation, stance and grip, as well as backswing and downswing.
Understand the impact conditions and how they determine the flight of the ball: clubhead path, clubface angle, and approach angle.
And finally, understand the flight of the ball: initial direction, lateral flight effects, height and distance.
When this mechanism is understood, the ball translates what we are doing.
